Position Overview 職位概述 We are seeking a passionate and engaging bilingual (English-Chinese) foreign teacher to lead interactive picture book reading sessions for young learners. Storytelling & Reading Aloud繪本講述與朗讀 - Conduct lively and expressive read-aloud sessions using English/Chinese bilingual picture books. 使用中英雙語繪本,開展生動有趣的朗讀活動,聲情并茂地演繹故事。 - Use props, gestures, and vocal variations to enhance engagement. 借助道具、肢體動作和語音變化提升課堂吸引力。 2. Language Development語言能力培養(yǎng) - Design activities to expand vocabulary and improve comprehension (e.g., Q&A, word games). 設計詞匯拓展與理解力訓練活動(如問答、單詞游戲)。 - Encourage children to express ideas in both languages. 鼓勵孩子用雙語表達觀點。 3. Interactive Activities互動環(huán)節(jié) - Organize role-playing, arts & crafts, or drama based on story themes. 圍繞繪本主題設計角色扮演、手工或戲劇表演等活動。 - Foster creativity and critical thinking through open-ended discussions. 通過開放式討論培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)造力與批判性思維。 4. Cultural Exposure文化熏陶 - Introduce cultural elements from English/Chinese stories naturally. 在故事講解中自然融入中西方文化背景知識。 5. Parent Communication家長溝通 - Provide feedback on children’s progress and recommend follow-up reading. 反饋學生學習進展,推薦課后閱讀建議。 Requirements 任職要求 - Native/Near-Native English 英語母語/接近母語水平 - Experience teaching children aged 3-12, preferably in early education or ESL. 具3-12歲兒童教學經驗,早教/英語教育背景優(yōu)先。 - Expressive, patient, and energetic with a talent for storytelling. 表達力強、有耐心、活力充沛,擅長講故事。 - Familiarity with classic/contemporary picture books in both languages. 熟悉中英文經典及現代繪本。 - Bachelor’s degree in Education, Literature, or related fields preferred. 教育、文學等相關專業(yè)本科及以上學歷優(yōu)先。
