Job Responsibilities
Liaise with internal departments & provide support on regular meetings for our Management & Head Office
Prepare statistics reports, presentation materials and others as required
Coordinate and draft departmental policies, procedures and business researches
Responsible for copywriting for business marketing and department activities
Provide support on daily operations and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
University graduate
Minimum 3 years of relevant banking experience
Familiar with presentation software (e.g. Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel or others) is preferred
Good communication, interpersonal and business acumen
Well-organized, able to work independently, sense of responsibility and detail-minded
Excellent writing skills in Chinese and strong command of spoken and written English
Candidates with less experience will also be considered
Immediate available is preferred
