What are my responsibilities?
  1. Responsible for three-phase asynchronous low voltage AC motor series electromagnetic platform design and simulation base on product requirement 根據(jù)產(chǎn)品要求負(fù)責(zé)三相異步低壓交流電機產(chǎn)品系列電磁平臺設(shè)計和仿真；
  2. Adopt the electromagnetic design to fulfill different application and parameter optimization調(diào)整電磁設(shè)計滿足不同應(yīng)用要求和參數(shù)優(yōu)化；
  3. Based on motor performance/characteristic electromagnetic simulation result / type test result to do failure analysis, and related improvement measures. 基于電機性能/特性的電磁仿真結(jié)果/型式試驗結(jié)果進(jìn)行失效分析并提出相應(yīng)的改善措施。
What do I need to qualify for this job?
  1. Familiar with related electromagnetic simulation tools.(e.g Maxwell, CFD, Simocalc…) .精通相關(guān)電磁仿真工具（如Maxwell, CFD，Simocalc）；
  2. 5+ years motor electromagnetic design experiences will be preferred . 5年以上電機電磁設(shè)計經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先；
  3. Master or above degree .碩士及以上學(xué)歷 ；
  4. Prefer to be expert in motor insulation system.精通電機絕緣系統(tǒng)設(shè)計；
  5. Be expert in motor design concept, Independ or join the series product platform design. 電機設(shè)計原理，獨立完成或參加過平臺電磁開發(fā)；
  6. Be familiar with domestic and overseas motor product standard.熟悉國內(nèi)外電機及產(chǎn)品的相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；
  7. Have unique comprehend of motor or with doctor degree in motor related area could be exception.對電機有獨到理解或電機相關(guān)專業(yè)博士學(xué)位可以放寬要求；
  8. Permanent magnet synchronous motor related experience will be preferred.有永磁同步電機相關(guān)背景優(yōu)先。
What else do I need to know?
1. Major in Motor / electrical engineering will be preferred . 電機/電氣工程專業(yè)優(yōu)先
2. Good English written and spoken will be preferred. 良好的英語聽說讀寫能力優(yōu)先
