崗位職責(zé):
2. You will support in end-to-end Transport Project Budgeting Change for Heavy Lift Process Management.
3. You will support end-to-end RFI (Request for Information) for Heavy Lift – RFI launch, bid preparation and submission, suppliers feedback evaluation, final proposal preparation.
4. You will support end-to-end RFP (Request for Proposal) and RFQ (Request for Quotation) for Heavy Lift - RFP and RFQ preparation and launch, bid collection, proposals and technical concept evaluation, scenarios preparation, risk & opportunities calculation, awarding & contract finalization, SAP TM update.
5. You will support in preparation of the RFQ information for the Heavy Lift Concept change, RFQ launch and results preparation with cost impact calculation, RFQ results reflection into SAP TM and be responsible for the end-to-end H/L sourcing escalation process including but not limited to evaluate requests, reasons, and options, negotiate with contracted Logistics Service Provider, document potential logistic concept changes and reasons, launch RFx, cancel potential con-tract with existing LSP and assign new provider, update Supplier Non-Conformities and escalate as needed within the defined threshold.
6. You will evaluate issue case related to customs and documentation and provide feedback to transport specialist on the shared timeline for issue resolution and handle claims with the supplier as part of the Claim Management Process for Heavy Lift Project including the negotiation with the supplier, confirmation of contractual obligations and escalate to HUB TT&L H/L Sourcing Manager if needed.
7. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

1. You hold a bachelor's degree or above.
2. Required with at least 3 years of work experience, or a master's degree with at least 1 year of work experience.
3. Capable of conducting certain business contract negotiations, and familiar with relevant procedures.
4. Adapt to frequent travel for business request.
5. Proficient in English.
