企業(yè)文化銷售助理
Job Responsibility:
- Draft region monthly report every month
- Analyze sales data and summary the data for region sales
- Coordinate CES for region
- Assis with sales activities
- Organize or support service center activities
- Government activities and relations build up
- Update the extension number and phone book.
- Transfer incoming phone calls with polite manner
- Packages, express and letters service
- Taxi, hotel, air tickets booking
- Order stationery and make records
- Check and record canteen statistics daily
- Order drinking water and bottle water, keeping reservation and delivery records
- Call supplier to maintenance the office equipment
- Order name cards, visiting cards, flag and envelop through Marketing
- Order the birthday cake every month
- Subscription of newspaper and magazine.
- Above related expenses monthly payment and statistics input in PBL SER work desk
- Maintain the supplier & customer in Baan system.
- Other tasks assigned by supervisor
Job Requirement:
- High sense of responsibility
- Good communication skills
- At least 1 year’s working experience in admiration
