I. Job Responsibilities
1. Participate in the company's Mortgage bulk transactions, assist in preparing transaction plans, and conduct quotation, negotiation and transaction execution with large Wall Street banks and institutional investors.
2. Continuously track and analyze interest rate market trends, and provide data support for transaction decisions and pricing strategies by combining changes in the macroeconomy and capital markets.
3. Gain in-depth understanding of investors' preferences, and apply such insights to optimize the company's interest rate pricing strategy, so as to enhance product competitiveness and overall profit margin.
4. Quickly grasp the essence of each transaction, summarize experience, and continuously optimize transaction methods to improve transaction efficiency and risk control capabilities.
5. Convert the insights obtained from transactions and interactions with investors into actionable interest rate analysis and pricing strategies to support the company's performance growth.
6. Be responsible for the formulation, update and release of the company's ratesheet based on pricing strategies, ensuring that the pricing is timely, accurate and in line with market changes.
7. Continuously pay attention to the macroeconomy, capital markets and mortgage industry dynamics, and provide forward-looking market judgments and strategic recommendations.

II. Job Requirements
(I) Basic Requirements
1. Educational Background: Graduates from domestic 211/985 universities (under national unified enrollment) or those with overseas study experience in Economics or Finance are preferred. Candidates should have a good understanding of basic economic operation principles and the fundamental operating mechanism of the Federal Reserve (Fed), and hold independent insights into the current status of the U.S. interest rate market.
2. Work Experience: At least 2 years of working experience in domestic or international financial institutions (including banks, trusts, securities firms and fund companies); experience in analysis or research report-related positions is highly desirable.
3. Language Proficiency: Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing. Candidates should have obtained certificates such as CET-6, TEM-4, TEM-8, IELTS 6.5+, TOEFL 90+ or equivalent and above, and be able to conduct English business negotiations, business communications and email correspondence without obstacles.

(II) Preferred Qualifications

III. Working Hours
Working days: Tuesday to Saturday; weekends: Sunday and Monday off.
