主導(dǎo)高壓電池系統(tǒng)集成工作,包括電池-車輛接口設(shè)計(jì)、驗(yàn)證及與車輛級(jí)需求的對(duì)齊。
Lead HV
Battery system integration, including battery-vehicle interface design,
validation, and alignment with vehicle-level requirements.
開(kāi)發(fā)并優(yōu)化高壓電池系統(tǒng)概念(涵蓋電池模組、電池管理系統(tǒng)(BMS)、接線盒(JB)、冷卻及機(jī)械子系統(tǒng)),確保滿足性能、成本及可靠性目標(biāo)。
Develop and
refine system concepts for HV Battery systems (encompassing Cell, Module,
Battery Management System (BMS), Junction Box (JB), cooling, and mechanical
subsystems) to meet performance, cost, and reliability targets.
對(duì)供應(yīng)商需求(如組件規(guī)格、測(cè)試協(xié)議)進(jìn)行技術(shù)評(píng)審,確保符合高壓電池系統(tǒng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
Conduct
technical reviews of supplier requirements (e.g., component specifications,
testing protocols) to ensure compliance with HV Battery system standards.
準(zhǔn)備并交付匯報(bào)材料、跟蹤清單及進(jìn)度報(bào)告,對(duì)接內(nèi)部相關(guān)方(研發(fā)、采購(gòu)、質(zhì)量)及外部合作伙伴。
Prepare and
deliver presentations, tracking lists, and progress reports for internal
stakeholders (R&D, procurement, quality) and external partners.
與跨職能團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作解決集成問(wèn)題(如電氣兼容性、熱管理),推動(dòng)項(xiàng)目按時(shí)交付。
Collaborate
with cross-functional teams to resolve integration issues (e.g., electrical
compatibility, thermal management) and drive on-time project delivery.
協(xié)助完成高壓電池系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)相關(guān)的行政工作(如文檔管理、會(huì)議協(xié)調(diào))。
Assist with
administrative tasks related to HV Battery system development (e.g.,
documentation management, meeting coordination).
Profile/任職要求
The Engineer
has the following professional background:
1. 具備EV/PHEV高壓電池系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)(模組/BMS)的扎實(shí)技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)。
Solid technical foundation in HV Battery system structure
(Cell/Module/BMS) and EV/PHEV applications.
2. 了解汽車電動(dòng)車輛(EV)架構(gòu)(如動(dòng)力總成、充電、車輛控制)及電池-車輛接口要求。
Understanding of automotive EV architecture (e.g., powertrain,
charging, vehicle controls) and battery-vehicle interface requirements.
3. 精通汽車電子技術(shù)(CAN總線、實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控(RTM)、車輛診斷系統(tǒng))。
Proficiency in automotive electronics (CAN bus, real-time
monitoring (RTM), vehicle diagnostic systems).
4. 熟悉電池管理系統(tǒng)(BMS)及電池技術(shù)(如鋰離子電池、模組封裝、SOC估算)。
Knowledge of BMS and battery technologies (e.g., lithium-ion cells,
module packaging, state-of-charge (SOC) estimation).
5. 工作積極主動(dòng)、靈活性強(qiáng),能在快節(jié)奏、高壓力環(huán)境下優(yōu)先處理任務(wù)。
Highly motivated, flexible, and able to prioritize tasks in a
fast-paced, pressure-driven environment.
6. 優(yōu)秀的英語(yǔ)溝通能力(書(shū)面+口頭),可參與全球團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作;流利的中文溝通能力(書(shū)面+口頭),能有效進(jìn)行跨部門協(xié)調(diào)。
Excellent English communication skills (written/verbal) for global
collaboration; fluent Chinese (written/verbal) for cross-departmental
coordination.
7. 具備德語(yǔ)能力者優(yōu)先(熟練者更佳)。
Proficiency in German is a valuable asset.
