Roles & Responsibility:
· Be responsible for partnering with customers, vendors and functional teams to improve business process automation, to engage customers, enhance customer loyalty and lead sales growth.
· Assist the execution of B2B integration projects and coordinate between vendors, customers and internal teams.
· Review and analyze B2B adoption in regular frequency to ensure the outcome of B2B projects and solutions.
· Efficiently handle B2B requests and issues from customers and stakeholders to maintain customer satisfaction.
· Keep relationship with customers and stakeholders, keep collecting feedback and enhance solution.
· Newly identified responsibilities related to B2B & digital business.
Qualifications:
· At least 2 years digital project management, business analysis, solution expert, or consulting experience in life science industry
· Bachelor’s degree and plus paired with a passion for both digital technologies and B2B business
· SAP basic knowledge, B2B functions/modules, procurement system knowledge
· Continuous improvement mindset
· Result driven – drive performance and high levels of productivity
· Strong sense of customer centric
· Strong sense of ownership and highly self-motivated, ability to work independently
· Proven teamwork and collaboration with internal and external partners
· Fluent in English
