包裝
1. Project steering / status reporting / SE team alignment/build phase monitoring;
2. Cost/budget planning and control;
3. Set up maturity plan (monitor each bin concept status);
4. Cooperation with other project member about bin issues;
5. Integration of dealers and suppliers, make overall planning for assembly parts packaging;
6. Checking about the packaging design from the packaging company and arrange packaging quality meeting. Provide the technical request and keep tracking about the using and fulfill customer requirements;
7. Problem solving and continuous improvement: search and finger out the problem and waste in the packaging process. And keep analyzing and discussing about the solving and improvement. Keep pushing the logistics packaging cost saving, quality improving;
8. Related packaging software skill.
