? Responsibilities:
> Provide support in production line and active participation in solving internal concerns by using quality tools.

> Accuracy in Control Plans and Inspection Instructions, distribution for all concerned areas.
準(zhǔn)確的使用控制計(jì)劃和檢驗(yàn)指導(dǎo)書并分發(fā)到相關(guān)區(qū)域
> Always update the Control Plans in time when process/product change or quality improvement happened.
當(dāng)生產(chǎn)過程和產(chǎn)品變更或質(zhì)量改進(jìn)發(fā)生時(shí)更新控制計(jì)劃
> Full support on new launches in order to get a flawless and success PPAP approval.
全力支持新項(xiàng)目的投產(chǎn)并獲得PPAP放行
> Prepare the proper gauges for new project in time
及時(shí)為項(xiàng)目準(zhǔn)備合適的檢具
> Active participation in Kaizen and CIP activities which helps to improve the line efficiency.
積極參加改善和持續(xù)改進(jìn)項(xiàng)目
> Lead quality issues internally and built a QC team to solve
主導(dǎo)內(nèi)部問題改善并成立QC小組
> Push Quality core tools application internally
推動(dòng)質(zhì)量工具的內(nèi)部應(yīng)用
任職要求:
Job Specification / required skills:
? Science and Engineering Bachelor or above;
理工科學(xué)士或更高
? At least 5 years work experience with quality management in automobile or manufacture field, experienced in foreign companies are preferred;
至少5年汽車或制造領(lǐng)域的質(zhì)量管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),外資公司經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先
? Master knowledge of TS16949, rich experience with quality management at production and with customers auditing program;
熟悉TS16949,豐富的生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量經(jīng)驗(yàn)和客戶審核經(jīng)驗(yàn)
? Know-How of interpretation of different standards, e.g. DIN standards & GB standards etc;
清楚不同標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的區(qū)別,比如DIN標(biāo)和GB標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
? Familiar with the 5 core tools and skillful with usage of these tools;
熟悉質(zhì)量管理5大工具和應(yīng)用
? Solid, diligent, concentrative and serious;
穩(wěn)定,勤奮,專研和嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)
? Organizing team work ability and target oriented effective problem solving skills;
組織團(tuán)隊(duì)工作的能力和目標(biāo)導(dǎo)向
? Good in English, German preferred.
英語良好,德語優(yōu)先
