Job Description
1. Support Analytical Content Generation
? Work closely with various teams across group companies with a collective aim of enduring high-quality research reports and whitepapers in English.
? Coordinate and edit multi-author content to align with global standards and brand voice.
? Assist in transforming complex credit insights into digestible, market-facing material for sophisticated global audiences.
2. Support Global Marketing and Regulatory Affairs Efforts
? Contribute to the planning and execution of global marketing campaigns, media engagement, and brand positioning strategies.
? Participate in the formation of publication practices and execute.
? Support the company’s interactions with regulatory and industry bodies across regions, helping coordinate submissions, feedback, and speaking opportunities.
3. Develop Global Content Partnerships
? Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with global institutions, think tanks, media, data platform, and research organizations.
? Negotiate and manage joint research and publishing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.
4. Support Business Development
? Collaborate with internal teams to identify new business opportunities and support the development of go-to-market strategies.
? Prepare and present high-impact marketing materials, pitch decks, and client proposals.
? When requested, assist with client development, and relationship management.
Skills & Requirements
? Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, International Relations, Communications, or a related field.
? 4-8 years of relevant experience in global strategy, credit ratings, financial media, financial services, or international marketing.
? Excellent Chinese and English writing and editing skills.
? Strong understanding of dynamics of global capital market and regulatory environments.
? Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and international collaborations.
? Entrepreneurial mindset, strong project management skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

? 協調和編輯多作者內容,確保符合國際標準與公司信息;
? 協助將復雜的信用觀點轉化為適合面向全球專業(yè)受眾的傳播材料。
2. 執(zhí)行全球市場宣傳與監(jiān)管事務工作
? 參與策劃和執(zhí)行全球市場宣傳活動、媒體傳播及品牌策略;
? 參與公開發(fā)布工作方案制定并執(zhí)行;
? 支持公司與各地區(qū)監(jiān)管機構和行業(yè)組織的交流與合作,協助材料提交、反饋跟進及發(fā)言機會的統籌。
3. 支持拓展全球內容合作伙伴關系
? 尋找并建立與全球機構、智庫、媒體、數據平臺及研究機構的戰(zhàn)略合作關系;
? 洽談并管理聯名研究和發(fā)布項目,提升品牌影響力與思維領導力。
4. 支持業(yè)務拓展工作
? 與內部團隊協作,挖掘新的業(yè)務機會,協助制定市場切入策略;
? 準備并展示高質量的市場宣傳材料、路演文件及項目建議書;
? 根據業(yè)務需求,支持客戶開發(fā)及關系維護工作。
崗位要求
? 擁有金融、經濟、國際關系、傳播或相關領域的本科或以上學歷;
? 具備4至8年全球策略、信用評級、金融媒體、金融服務或國際市場營銷等相關領域的工作經驗;
? 擁有出色的中英文寫作與編輯能力;
? 對全球資本市場和監(jiān)管環(huán)境有深刻理解;
? 具備跨部門團隊管理和國際合作項目經驗;
? 具備創(chuàng)業(yè)家思維、良好的項目管理能力,能在快節(jié)奏環(huán)境中高效推進工作。
