Responsibilities:
1.
Translation:
- Translate company documents, reports,
emails, contracts, presentations, and other written materials between Chinese
and English, ensuring accuracy, fluency, professionalism, and contextual
appropriateness.
- Provide on-site interpretation for
business meetings, conference calls, video conferences, and other events.
- Handle daily English communication
(emails, instant messaging, etc.) in the workplace.

2.
Assistant Support:
- Assist in scheduling meetings, booking
travel arrangements, and managing travel reimbursements.
- Draft, organize, file, and manage routine
office documents (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Complete other ad-hoc tasks assigned by
supervisors.

Requirements:

1.
Core Mandatory Qualifications:
- Fluent English: Proficient in
Chinese-English translation, with precise and fluent written expression, clear
pronunciation, and natural spoken fluency. Capable of handling various business
communication and translation tasks. Preference given to candidates with TEM-8
(Test for English Majors Band 8) or equivalent high-level certification.
- Integrity & Reliability: High
professional ethics, strong sense of responsibility, honesty, and trustworthiness.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to adhere to work discipline and
confidentiality requirements. Strong service mindset and teamwork spirit.

2.
Skill Requirements:
- Communication & Coordination: Ability
to communicate clearly and effectively, both internally and externally.
- Time Management & Multitasking:
Capable of efficient work planning, handling multiple tasks, and ensuring
high-quality, on-time delivery.
- Proficiency in Office Software: Skilled in
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other common office
tools.
- Fast Learning Ability: Quickly adapt to
company operations and environments, and acquire new knowledge.

3.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in
English, Translation, Business English, International Trade, or related
fields.
- Candidates with prior translation or
administrative assistant experience are preferred. Outstanding fresh graduates
are also welcome to apply.
