Job Profile: Operations > Global Operations Services JOB SUMMARY The purpose of the job is to lead the design and execution of automation engineering projects in the area of expertise, e.g., mechanical, electrical, electronics, software application. The Lead Automation Design Engineer leads and oversees the work of a team of design engineers to ensure project requirements, specification, plan, design and installation are achieved. Position is responsible for design of automation equipment to ensure stipulated specification and requirements are met, and delivered within budget and on time. Position supports Senior Manager of Automation in design of automation equipment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Leads and oversees the work of a group of Automation Design Engineers. - Reviews and approves design drawings, user manual and installation manual. - Works closely with Project Manager/Engineer to meet project time line and budget. - Leads the team in review, understanding and interpretation of requirements to ensure all specifications are integrated into the design of automation equipment. - Leads design engineers in review of design and manufacturability of design. - Ensures all engineering times are logged into JP2 and correspondent to the projects - May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. JOB QUALIFICATIONS KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS - Expert knowledge in the mechanical/electronics/electrical/software application engineering. - Expert knowledge in the EMS industries. - Expert knowledge in automation design and installation. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS - B.Sc. in Mechanical or Electronics/Electrical Engineering - Minimum 8-10 years of working experiences in automation equipment design and installation - Or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience. 一、任職資格 1.學歷與專業(yè)背景:本科及以上學歷,計算機科學與技術(shù)、自動化、電子信息工程、軟件工程等相關(guān)專業(yè)。 2.技術(shù)能力基礎:具備扎實的代碼研發(fā)能力,精通至少一種主流編程語言(如 Python、C++、Java),熟悉自動化行業(yè)常用開發(fā)工具與框架(如 TensorFlow、PyTorch、OpenCV,以及 PLC 編程相關(guān)工具);掌握數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)、算法設計、數(shù)據(jù)庫原理等基礎知識。 3.工作經(jīng)驗要求:3年以上軟件開發(fā)經(jīng)驗,且具備 AI 大模型應用開發(fā)與自動化行業(yè)相關(guān)實戰(zhàn)經(jīng)驗。有自動化行業(yè)或 AI 領域工作經(jīng)驗,參與過工業(yè) AI 項目開發(fā)或后端服務、API 接口、微服務架構(gòu)設計經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。 4.綜合能力素養(yǎng):具備創(chuàng)新思維,能主動探索 AI 大模型在自動化行業(yè)的新應用場景與技術(shù)方向;擁有良好的溝通能力,能清晰理解業(yè)務需求并與跨部門團隊高效協(xié)作;具備優(yōu)秀的分析解決問題能力與強烈的責任心,能應對項目開發(fā)與運維過程中的各類技術(shù)問題。 二、工作職責 1.AI 大模型框架開發(fā)與維護:負責設計并實現(xiàn)適配自動化行業(yè)場景的 AI 大模型應用框架。 2.自動化場景AI大模型技術(shù)開發(fā):針對工業(yè)設備故障診斷、生產(chǎn)流程優(yōu)化、質(zhì)量檢測、智能調(diào)度等核心場景,開展大模型技術(shù)研發(fā)與落地。 3.業(yè)務需求對接與模型迭代優(yōu)化:通過采集生產(chǎn)過程中的數(shù)據(jù)反饋,建立數(shù)據(jù)分析體系,持續(xù)監(jiān)測模型應用效果,推動模型迭代升級。 4.自動化系統(tǒng) AI 集成與協(xié)同:負責將研發(fā)的 AI 大模型應用模塊與現(xiàn)有自動化系統(tǒng)進行集成,解決系統(tǒng)間接口兼容、數(shù)據(jù)同步、協(xié)同工作等問題。
