工作目的
To lead process design for plant change and projects, supervise design contactor, review process project document, and provides support in engineering to other requirements.
工作維度
Internally, this position will work with project engineer, PDL team, discipline Engineer in MFES, technologist in MFT, plant engineers, etc. Externally, contractor engineering designer and other big project team design requirement.
工作職責(zé)
1. Ensure compliance to HSE and Process Safety standards and requirements to make the plant a safe place to work in.
2. Responsible to deliver process design to meet project requirement in HSE, schedule, cost, and quality. Work with design contractor to deliver process design including in FSR, BDEP, DDEP, As build for plant change in compliance with local law, code, standard, and CSPC in-house requirements.
3. Supervise and support in house process design contractor, assess their performance and influence them to achieve best possible results against agreed standards.
4. Perform technical authority Level 3 role to review process deliverables including drawing, vendor technical document, as build etc.
5. Maintain and control process design document. Ensure those be updated and upgraded in time, ensure the license availability.
6. To assist and contribute in setting up proper procedure for process engineering development management, and engineering quality control.
7. Provide process engineering or design support for big projects, plant and other in house requirement.
任職資格
1. University Degree of Process Engineering, at least 6 years Petrochemical, Chemical or Coal- chemical projects engineering experience.
2. Experience with Chinese Design Institute or international engineering practices.
3. Good written and spoken in English, has ability to use English as the working language.
4. Proficient in PC skills.
5. Good knowledge and understanding of petrochemicals industry construction and engineering design.
6. Good engineering design experience in piping, plot-plan, material, piping stress and process / system engineering.
7. Good experience and skills with engineering design software, such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, Intergraph’s 3D PDS, etc.
8. Good Knowledge of engineering design procedures.
9. Familiar with National and International design standards and codes such as ASME, GB SH, HG etc.
10. Excellent team player and a self-starter.
11. Openness and honesty to communicate in team work.
