Responsibilities
Operator (40%)
?Lead and transform China supply chain management team/structure for future growth.
?Establish and implement end to end supply chain SOP/management tool and effectively monitoring of key supply chain metrics.
?Effective integration with cross functional teams.
?Support leadership team on various company initiatives and projects.
?Closely work with Malbon HQ in US, with occasional travel to US/vendors.

Strategist (30%)
?Identify potential area of improvement and make recommendations for improvement.
?Contribute to supply chain related cross-functional projects.
?Organize cross functional collaborations when needed.
?
Capability Builder (30%)
?Establish/document business process, ensure knowledge retention.
?Provide internal and external training and support on supply chain subjects.
?Support brand growth and expansion to serve the business need.
?Build center of excellence for supply chain management.
?Continuously elevate supply chain team members’ capabilities.
Requirements
?15+ years proven experience in supply chain, 5+ years in management role. International working environment is a strong plus.
?Good command and implementation of end-to-end supply chain processes and best practices.
?Process driven, analytical and result oriented.
?Have an eye for detail.
?Well organized with daily routine and job assignment, effective time management, due date management.
?Good leadership skill, able to build and operate a small but efficient team.
?Team player, good collaboration and inter-personal skills. Project leading experience is a plus.
