? Recruitment & Onboarding: Hire and onboard procurement specialists, logistics coordinators, and other key personnel.
? 團(tuán)隊(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo):監(jiān)控KPI、激勵(lì)員工、維持紀(jì)律、培養(yǎng)企業(yè)文化。
? Team Leadership: Monitor KPIs, motivate staff, maintain discipline, and foster corporate culture.
? 人力資源管理:與本地會(huì)計(jì)合作,處理勞動(dòng)合同。
? HR Management: Collaborate with local accounting to handle labor contracts.

采購(gòu)與物流協(xié)調(diào)
Procurement & Logistics Coordination
? 業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展:尋找新供應(yīng)商、物流解決方案及市場(chǎng)機(jī)會(huì)。
? Business Development: Identify new suppliers, logistics solutions, and market opportunities.
? 供應(yīng)商管理:審計(jì)、談判、合同審查、質(zhì)量與交付控制。
? Supplier Management: Conduct audits, negotiations, contract reviews, and quality/delivery control.
? 物流優(yōu)化:選擇最優(yōu)運(yùn)輸方式(空運(yùn)、海運(yùn)、鐵路、快遞)并協(xié)調(diào)歐洲、中國(guó)、阿聯(lián)酋及獨(dú)聯(lián)體的物流團(tuán)隊(duì)。
? Logistics Optimization: Select optimal transport methods (air, sea, rail, express) and coordinate logistics teams across Europe, China, UAE, and CIS.
? 供應(yīng)鏈管理:降低成本并協(xié)調(diào)清關(guān)流程。
? Supply Chain Management: Reduce costs and coordinate customs clearance processes.

? 文件管理:控制國(guó)際貿(mào)易文件、內(nèi)部報(bào)告及合同。
? Document Management: Oversee international trade documents, internal reports, and contracts.
? 財(cái)務(wù)管理:預(yù)算、財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)告、稅務(wù)優(yōu)化,并按KYC/AHL程序與銀行合作。
? Financial Management: Budgeting, financial reporting, tax optimization, and banking coordination under KYC/AHL procedures.

候選人要求
Candidate Requirements:
? 5年以上物流、國(guó)際貿(mào)易或采購(gòu)高級(jí)職位經(jīng)驗(yàn)(必須有中國(guó)相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn))。
? 5+ years in senior roles in logistics, international trade, or procurement (must have China-related experience).
? 深入了解中國(guó)市場(chǎng):供應(yīng)商、物流方案及監(jiān)管體系。
? Deep understanding of the Chinese market: suppliers, logistics solutions, and regulatory systems.
? 具備以下證明經(jīng)驗(yàn):
? Proven experience in:
o 供應(yīng)商談判及合同簽署。
o Supplier negotiations and contract signing.
o 海外采購(gòu)。
o Overseas procurement.
o 管理10人以上團(tuán)隊(duì)。
o Managing teams of 10+ people.
o 處理國(guó)際貿(mào)易文件及報(bào)告。

? Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
