Main Responsibilities
1. Establish and improve the company's legal risk prevention and control system.
2. Formulate and implement legal risk response strategies.
3. Be responsible for compliance audit and supervision of the company.
4. Participate in the drafting, review, revision and management of the company's contracts, and supervise the fulfillment of contracts.
5. Be responsible for the protection and management of the company's intellectual property
rights.
6. Provide daily legal counselling and advice to the company's management and departments, and provide legal support for the company's decision-making.
Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above in law related majors, preferably with educational background from famous law schools at home and abroad.
2. At least 5 years of legal work experience, with a minimum of 3 years in legal management at a foreign-funded enterprise or a well-know law firm.
3. Good legal analysis and problem solving ability, able to independently handle complex legal affairs and disputes.
4. Possess good English proficiency, capable of skillfully handling legal documents and communicating with international clients and partners.
5. Strong communication and coordination skills and teamwork spirit, strong sense of responsibility and professionalism, able to withstand greater work pressure.
