職位描述

過程質(zhì)量英語
? Develop new product quality plan, quality inspection plan, implement new process validation,
sample qualify. In-process &FQA inspection and control management.
? Prepare documentation of policies, regulations and procedures as directed by quality
manager, e.g. CE, UL, CCC, HAFF, etc. As well as production process inspection control
SOPs in order to control product final release.
? Customers complain handling, closely work with engineering, production, supplier chain and
sales team handle customer complain, RMA management with RRCA, corrective and
preventive actions and lead time, quick response to meet customer satisfaction.
? Manage the daily audit on shop floor, including quality related problem finding, investigation,
problem solving and corrective/preventive actions tracking.
? Utilize the quality and statistic tools to solve problem, i.e. FMEA/CP, MSA, PDCA, 5 why
analysis, 8D, VRK, SPC etc. Resolve quality issues, drive quality improvement plans &
develop Corrective Action Plans.
? Periodical quality reporting of quality data. Support production to reach product quality
target through continuous improvement activities.
? Communication with BU, periodical conference calls with BU companies from oversea and
mainland.
The Incumbent
? BS in Engineering or related;
? At least 5 years' quality work experience in mechanical and electrical manufacturing
production factories；
? Excellent knowledges of quality tools；
? Knowledge of TS16949, FMEA and SPC will be an advantage；
? 6 sigma skill, Black Belt is a plus.
? Trouble shooting skill： 7 Tools, SPC, FMEA
? Systematic and logical thinking
