Job
Description:
1, Take in part of project from
APQP till product phase out when necessary
2, Identify customer requirement and implement the whole relevant chain
3, Final approval of customer PPAP and supplier PPAP or designate to the proper
employee
4, Responsible the IATF implementation in the whole plant and relevant chain
5, Involve customer complaint, supplier complaint, internal complaint,
especially for repeated case
6, Coordinate and monitor plant quality objective and take the close review
7, Drive corrective action and continuous improvement based on quality fact and
provide suggestion, reduce the non-conformance
8, Improve the quality mind set for the whole plant
9, Communication quality dept. annual and unplanned training item, handle
quality dept. personnel performance evaluation min. twice per year
10, Complete the task assigned from direct or indirect supervisor
11, Prepare quality monthly report and annual management review report
12, Communicate with brother plant when necessary
13, Responsible for all the quality related audit including the plan, progress,
result follow up
14, Coordinate annual dept. headcount plan and support HR for recruitment.
15, Regular visit customer and improve the relationship
16, Support supplier development and drive improvement actions
