Introduction to the role 崗位介紹 This position requires coordinating company resources to complete project execution work in accordance with the contract agreement and customer demands. Main responsibilities 主要職責(zé) ? 1. According to the contract content, establish the WBS project structure in the SAP system and hold a Kick-off meeting, maintain the procurement requirements in the SAP system. ? 2. Track the delivery dates reasonably arrange the shipping,complete daily tasks such as price applications, delivery date coordination, returns and exchanges, and handle customer issues. ? 3. In accordance with the contract agreement and customer demands, issue invoices and receipts for customers, and promptly follow up on payments. ? 4. According to the contract agreement and customer demands, be responsible for Labor hour management and submit service engineer request to FSE. ? 5. In accordance with company requirements, timely complete order forecasting and other data collection, as well as the creation, maintenance and closure of project opportunities in Salesforce. ? 6. Work with the finance and Global teams to monitor project revenue and profit margins, inventory status, and the handling of aged inventory. ? 7. Assist sales completing the bidding document for LCS projects. 8. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader. To succeed 任職條件 ? Education: Full-time bachelor's degree or above ?
