一、崗位職責(zé) 1. Arrange and coordinate daily meetings, receptions, and other activities attended by university leaders. 安排及協(xié)調(diào)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)參加的日常會(huì)、接待和其他活動(dòng); 2. Manage university leaders’ daily schedules, ensure the arrangements are reasonable and provide university leaders with timely reminders. 管理校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的日常日程安排,確保安排合理,并適時(shí)提醒校領(lǐng)導(dǎo); 3. Provide secretarial support for university leaders’ meetings, including meeting scheduling, and drafting and issuing meeting notices, agendas, and minutes. 為大學(xué)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)會(huì)議提供秘書支持,包括會(huì)議安排、起草和發(fā)布會(huì)議通知、議程和會(huì)議記錄。 4. File and manage the Chinese and English archives, records and reports of the university leaders’ offices. 負(fù)責(zé)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)辦公室中、英文檔案、記錄和報(bào)告的歸檔和管理 5. Draft speeches delivered by university leaders in various events起草校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)在各類活動(dòng)的發(fā)言稿 6. Provide secretarial support to university leaders in the drafting of administrative documents and preparation of administrative tasks 為校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)起草行政文件和準(zhǔn)備行政任務(wù)提供秘書支持 7. Assist in the issuing of various departmental regulations; ensuring effective communication of the information 協(xié)助發(fā)布部門的規(guī)章,確保信息有效傳達(dá); 8. Carry out routine daily administrative work in the university leaders’ office, such as data management, budget, procurement, and asset management, etc. 負(fù)責(zé)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)辦公室日常行政工作,如資料管理、預(yù)算、采購、資產(chǎn)管理等。 9. Perform other tasks assigned by superiors. 完成上級(jí)交辦的其他工作。 任職要求 1. Over 5 years of work experience, with priority given to those who have experience working as assistant to university leaders 具有5年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),具備高校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)助理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮; 2. Willing to learn 好學(xué); 3. Strong execution ability 執(zhí)行力強(qiáng); 4. Skilled at independent multi-tasking 擅長獨(dú)立處理多任務(wù); 5. Excellent communication skills in both oral and written Chinese and English. 具備優(yōu)秀的中、英文口頭和書面溝通能力; 6. Detail-oriented. 注重細(xì)節(jié); 7. Excellent people skills. 具備優(yōu)秀的人際交往能力。
