崗位職責(zé) / Responsibilities
你將成為“標(biāo)準(zhǔn)”與“執(zhí)行”之間的橋梁，確保我們的產(chǎn)品符合國際質(zhì)量規(guī)范，順利交付全球客戶。你不需要檢查每一件產(chǎn)品，但你需要確保每一件產(chǎn)品都能合格出貨。
You will act as the bridge between standards and execution, ensuring every product shipped meets international quality requirements. While you won’t inspect every item yourself, you will ensure that every item is ready to ship in compliance.
n 監(jiān)督、培訓(xùn)并支持質(zhì)檢員團隊
Supervise, train, and support a team of QC inspectors
n 審核檢驗報告、尺寸數(shù)據(jù)、MTC 材質(zhì)證明等技術(shù)文件
Review inspection reports, dimensional data, and MTC (Material Test Certificates)
n 確保卡尺、PMI槍、硬度計、超聲波等檢測工具正確使用
Ensure accurate usage of calipers, PMI device, hardness testers, ultrasonic devices, etc.
n 主導(dǎo)質(zhì)量問題分析、糾正措施制定及持續(xù)改進工作
Lead root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement efforts
n 維護并優(yōu)化質(zhì)量管理體系（ISO 9001）
Maintain and improve the ISO 9001 quality management system
n 確保所有檢驗和流程符合 EN、ASTM、ASME 等國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
Ensure compliance with EN, ASTM, ASME, and other international standards
n 與內(nèi)部各部門及外部供應(yīng)商保持清晰專業(yè)的溝通
Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and external suppliers
我們希望你具備 / What We’re Looking For
n 機械工程（加工方向）、冶金或材料工程相關(guān)專業(yè)
Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Machining), Metallurgy, or Materials Engineering
n 有工業(yè)管道、石化、化工或汽車零部件等行業(yè)的質(zhì)量檢驗經(jīng)驗
Experience in QC/QA within pipeline, petrochemical, chemical, or auto parts industries
n 至少3年質(zhì)量相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗，具備帶隊或管理經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先
Minimum 3 years of experience in quality roles; team leadership is a strong plus
n 熟悉 ISO 9001 體系，了解國際質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及常見材料規(guī)范
Familiar with ISO 9001, international standards, and material requirements
n 溝通風(fēng)格清晰直接，具備較強執(zhí)行力和責(zé)任心
Direct communication style with strong ownership and execution skills
n 熟練中文，具備英文讀寫能力，可處理英文質(zhì)保文件
Proficient in Chinese, able to read and draft basic English quality documents
n 擁有持續(xù)改善意識（Kaizen），關(guān)注質(zhì)量流程優(yōu)化
Mindset for continuous improvement (Kaizen) and process optimization
