This role is responsible for supplier quality, cost optimization, and compliance auditing to ensure product and factory standards meet regulatory and quality expectations in our global supply chain.

n 審核供應商資質與生產流程，確保合規(guī)性
Audit supplier facilities and processes to ensure compliance
n 監(jiān)督供應商質量體系，推動改進計劃
Monitor and improve supplier quality systems
n 通過成本優(yōu)化方案為公司節(jié)約采購成本
Deliver cost-saving initiatives in sourcing and operations
n 管理供應商績效評估及分類管理
Manage supplier performance evaluation and segmentation
n 協助導入新供應商，控制風險
Assist with onboarding new suppliers and risk management
n 優(yōu)化倉庫效率: Optimize warehouse process
任職要求 / Requirements
n 本科及以上學歷，供應鏈或相關專業(yè)(有歐洲/日本車企的工作經驗優(yōu)先）
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Engineering, or related field (experience in traditional fuel car companies from Europe /Japan/Korea is strongly preferred)
n 2年以上相關工作經驗
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
n 熟悉質量體系（如ISO 9001）及合規(guī)要求
Familiar with quality systems such as ISO 9001 and compliance standards
n 具備較強成本意識及跨部門協調能力
Strong cost awareness and cross-functional communication
n 英文讀寫良好，能處理英文資料
Good command of English in reading and writing
n 2年以上國際汽車公司經驗（如Bosch、ZF、Faurecia、Magna等）
? 熟悉ISO 9001 / IATF 16949體系及供應商審核流程
? 有實際參與過供應商審核、整改追蹤、成本分析項目
? 能使用Excel進行數據分析與報告
? 會看英文資料，能寫基礎英文報告, 英語口語好
