安規(guī)認(rèn)證新能源汽車零部件
崗位職責(zé):
1. 負(fù)責(zé)新能源產(chǎn)品(儲(chǔ)能、充電樁、轉(zhuǎn)接頭等)項(xiàng)目測(cè)試管理,主要包括測(cè)試范圍、測(cè)試計(jì)劃、測(cè)試目標(biāo)、測(cè)試活動(dòng)的制定及執(zhí)行,測(cè)試過(guò)程的監(jiān)控及改進(jìn),確保項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量和進(jìn)度;
2. 負(fù)責(zé)質(zhì)量改進(jìn)過(guò)程中規(guī)范/流程建立、實(shí)施等工作,從項(xiàng)目角度幫助提高測(cè)試效率;
3. 負(fù)責(zé)構(gòu)建測(cè)試環(huán)境、功能測(cè)試、性能測(cè)試、可靠性測(cè)試、安全測(cè)試等不同特性的測(cè)試工作;
4. 根據(jù)產(chǎn)品規(guī)劃及市場(chǎng)的需求計(jì)劃,負(fù)責(zé)新產(chǎn)品認(rèn)證申報(bào)及在產(chǎn)產(chǎn)品的變更擴(kuò)展工作.
5. 組織策劃產(chǎn)品的各項(xiàng)認(rèn)證申報(bào)工作,制定實(shí)施方案、計(jì)劃和費(fèi)用預(yù)算.
6. 與公司各相關(guān)部門聯(lián)系,對(duì)其提交的參數(shù)資料進(jìn)行核對(duì),并按照行業(yè)主管部門的要求上傳產(chǎn)品認(rèn)證所需要的全部資料.
7. 負(fù)責(zé)與認(rèn)證機(jī)構(gòu)對(duì)接,了解認(rèn)證測(cè)試內(nèi)容、認(rèn)證標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、認(rèn)證測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)保存方法。
8. 提前準(zhǔn)備好認(rèn)證需要的測(cè)試文檔、測(cè)試機(jī)器、規(guī)格書、軟件程序、測(cè)試儀器設(shè)備,搭建認(rèn)證測(cè)試平臺(tái)
9. 能盡職盡責(zé)的完成上級(jí)交辦的其他工作任務(wù)
任職要求:
1. 本科學(xué)歷以上,3年以上新能源產(chǎn)品(儲(chǔ)能、充電樁、轉(zhuǎn)接頭等)測(cè)試相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);
2. 有一定的硬件開發(fā)背景、自動(dòng)化測(cè)試經(jīng)歷、對(duì)開發(fā)流程有深入研究;
3. 5年以上硬件測(cè)試項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),有新能源行業(yè)測(cè)試經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先;
4. 測(cè)試技能成熟:需求評(píng)審、測(cè)試分析與方案與測(cè)策、用例設(shè)計(jì)、測(cè)試報(bào)告與總結(jié);
5. 熟悉軟件/硬件/可靠性測(cè)試技術(shù)優(yōu)先;
6. 有極強(qiáng)的溝通能力,豐富的跨部門組織協(xié)調(diào)經(jīng)驗(yàn)、談判能力和推動(dòng)問(wèn)題解決能力,英語(yǔ)讀寫能力佳;
7. 邏輯思維強(qiáng)、主動(dòng)思考、自驅(qū)、執(zhí)行力強(qiáng),工作認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)、積極主動(dòng),抗壓能力強(qiáng)。
