Key Accountabilities:
1. Maintenance data tracking and analysis, maintenance tasks follow up, evaluation and proposal for continuous improvement, mainly focus on PM planning for all items related, drawing management, fixture design and manufacturing support and risk analysis, support for CM and spare parts management;
2. Provide professional mechanical support for maintenance team, technical solution and improvement solution provider, be able to be a mechanical professional to train and lead mechanical technician to be a higher level;
3. Coordinating and external auditing team for external and internal audit, ensure maintenance procedure is compliance with committed;
4. Make sure the equipment and facilities are all qualified with HSE requirement, targeting of no LTI, LOPC or other HSE issue;
5. Data collection and analysis for energy management;
Qualifications & Education:
? Bachelor’s degree in mechanical field, familiar with chemical equipment like pump, filter, agitator, mixer, tanks and accessories, preferably with project management experience;
? Good trouble shooting skill as well as managerial, supervisory ability;
? Good Theoretical and Practical Technical knowledge;
? Familiar with computer and various packages;
? Familiarity with forecasting techniques, methods;
? Adequate knowledge about various manufacturing process;
? Motivated, fast learning, also should have good innovative mind;
? Good English skill including written and spoken English.
