溫馨提示:SQE是項目制,第三方崗位 Main responsibilities: - Assist to the PPM / PIM prior to start fabrication of the equipment - To expedite and supervise the Documentation review cycle (Sub-supplier Doc issuance, Review) - To monitor in the work-shop any activities detailed in the Inspection Test Plan, follow procedure & technics. - To closely follow the Manufacturiong and Delivery Planning & schedule. High light the Project Team immediately in case of Slippage / deviation from Sub-Supplier. - Assist to any related meeting with Sub-Supplier, JCH, Client. - To report to project team any deviation, issue, non-conformity, Solution finder - To report regularly to Project Management team of manufacturing Progress - To Raise project awareness of any Sub-Supplier deviation to Contract, procedure, norms, local regulation… - To carry out work in compliance with JCH values and policies, relevant laws and regulations, agreed JCH priorities and objectives, JCH standards and procedures and good industry practices - To review and approved the Quality Documentation applicable to Fabrication workshop issue by the Sub-Supplier - Review and approved the different inspection reports issued - To implement the QC activities based on the criticality assessment and surveillance level. - Ensure that material traceability system is maintained throughout the fabrication process - Ensure that there is no backlog for inspection performance, reporting and data base update - Be the leader in the implementation of the change management process (DEV/TQ/CON) for QC - At the end of the mission, issue Return of Experience (REX) report to capture feedback regarding QC issues met during Fabrication and Construction. - Carry out any other relevant duties or tasks that may be assigned by reporting line
