As an MRP Planner at Siemens Energy, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the flawless alignment of material supply with production demands. Your day will start with a review of the material requirements planning (MRP) system to determine priorities and address any discrepancies. You will collaborate closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to convert engineering BOMs into manufacturing BOMs, ensuring accuracy and timely updates. By monitoring and converting planned orders into production orders, you’ll ensure that production runs smoothly and efficiently. How You’ll Make an Impact

• Convert engineering BOMs to manufacturing BOMs with exceptional accuracy and timely updates.
• Manage and maintain the MRP system, ensuring that all production demands are strictly met.
• Monitor and convert planned orders into production orders, tracking their progress to ensure flawless execution.
• Release and confirm production orders, guaranteeing a smooth production process.
• Maintain and verify the accuracy of master material data within the ERP system.
• Assist in the implementation and optimization of the MES system to ensure real-time accuracy of production data.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or information technology field.
• 1-3 years of experience with ERP systems, particularly in manufacturing and production environments.
• Proven familiarity with MRP, production planning, and inventory management processes.
• Understanding of MES systems, with a preference for those with implementation or maintenance experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle complex data and processes.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a proven track record of effective cross-departmental collaboration.
• Dedicated with a strong desire for continuous learning and improvement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
