This role will be leading and coordinating project teams, managing timelines and resources, and ensuring successful project delivery within scope and budget in Siemens Energy.


How You’ll Make an Impact

• Ensure the smooth implementation of the assigned service contracts.
• Set up and optimize the process for project implementation of service contracts.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities with the assigned contracts.
• Manage the day-to-day project implementation of the assigned projects.
• Maintain good customer relation for smooth contract implementation.
• Develop schedule for timely implementation of the project and meeting deadlines of the projects.
• Execute the contract to achieve all contractual obligations within the approved cost budget.
• Identify and organize the appropriate resources needed for the project implementation.
• Identify and secure the new business opportunities (e.g. Mods & Ups).

What You Bring

• 5 years project management experience.
• Experience working in foreign company is preferred.
• Bachelor degree or above. Master is a plus. Major in Engineering, Automation, gas turbine/compressor or equipment/mechanical etc. related major.
• Good command of English and Mandarin speaking, Cantonese is plus.
• EHS knowhow & knowledge of law of contracts
• Projects management skills including project planning.
• Business administration: including accounting / financial operation.
• Communication skills. Customer relationship management including customer related knowledge: incl. market, competition, strategy, business processes and decision-makers.
