生產(chǎn)物料管理汽車零部件
1. 根據(jù)客戶的訂單和預(yù)測、庫存策略和設(shè)備產(chǎn)能信息,制定主生產(chǎn)計劃,在系統(tǒng)中創(chuàng)建產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)工單(MO)并下發(fā)
Based on the customer's orders and forecasts, inventory strategies and equipment capacity information, the master production plan is formulated. Product production orders (MO) are created in the system and then issued.
2. 負責(zé)制定各工序的月、周和日生產(chǎn)計劃,并每日跟進生產(chǎn)進度和達成情況
Be responsible for formulating monthly, weekly and daily production plans for each process, and daily monitoring of the production progress and achievement status.
3. 根據(jù)各工序的月、周和日生產(chǎn)計劃,分析短、中、長期產(chǎn)能計算和人員需求計劃
Based on the monthly, weekly and daily production plans for each process, analyze short-term, medium-term and long-term capacity calculations and personnel demand plans.
4. 每日監(jiān)控各工序的生產(chǎn)計劃執(zhí)行進度,有異常情況,與生產(chǎn)、技術(shù)、質(zhì)量等部門緊密溝通,升級解決,確保產(chǎn)品完成時間并準(zhǔn)時交付客戶

In case of any abnormal situation, closely communicate with the production, technical, and quality departments to escalate and resolve the issue, ensuring the completion time of the products and delivering them to the customers on time.
5. 根據(jù)客戶需求變化及生產(chǎn)情況,調(diào)整生產(chǎn)計劃,如有交付風(fēng)險及時升級處理
Adjust the production plan according to changes in customer demands and production conditions. If there is any delivery risk, promptly escalate the handling process.
6. 外協(xié)工序的收發(fā)貨安排,及物流車輛的調(diào)度安排

7. 如產(chǎn)品判定返工,協(xié)助質(zhì)量部門開具返工單

8. 新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)過程中,對設(shè)備產(chǎn)能進行評估和分析,確保設(shè)備產(chǎn)能滿足量產(chǎn)交付

9. 在滿足客戶交付的前提下,控制WIP及成品的庫存水平,提高庫存周轉(zhuǎn)率,每兩周進行庫存分析

10. 完成經(jīng)理安排的其他工作和任務(wù)

任職要求:
1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷專業(yè);
Bachelor’s degree or above.
2. 很好的適應(yīng)能力和溝通技巧,有一定的抗壓能力;
Excellent adaptability and communication skills, with a certain ability to handle pressure.
3. 良好的團隊合作精神,責(zé)任心和主動性;
Excellent teamwork spirit, sense of responsibility and initiative.
4. 5年以上生產(chǎn)計劃管理工作經(jīng)驗;有汽車零部件制造行業(yè)的或有多產(chǎn)品小批量類型排產(chǎn)經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先
More than 5 years’ working experience in production plan management. Experience in the automotive parts manufacturing industry or in the production of small-batch multi-product types will be given priority.
5. 能熟練運用ERP、MES系統(tǒng);
Proficient in ERP and MES systems.
6. 熟練運用辦公軟件Excel、PPT等;
Proficient in using office software such as Excel and PPT.
7. 英語聽說讀寫流利者優(yōu)先。
Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
