崗位職責(zé):
1.According to the requirements of the workshop and arrangement of the team leader, participate in the production, quality, safety, and other aspects of the work, to ensure that the parts welding, surface quality and accuracy of BIW meet the requirements, quality and quantity to complete the work tasks of the workshop;
2.Use all kinds of tools correctly according to the operation instruction, perform according to the standard operation, make up for the defects according to the defects, eliminate the quality influence of the defects, reduce the scrap of the defective parts;
3.By participating in the cost improvement activities of the team, the operation performance of the team can be improved to ensure the achievement of performance indicators;
4.According to the workshop site management standards, do the site 5S3D work well;
5.According to the development requirements of the company, I will improve my skills to meet the job rotation needs.
1.依據(jù)車間的各項(xiàng)要求及班組長(zhǎng)安排，參與本班組生產(chǎn)、品質(zhì)、安全等各方面工作，確保制件焊接和車身面品、尺寸符合要求，保質(zhì)保量完成車間的工作任務(wù);
2.依據(jù)作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書正確使用各種工具，按照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)作業(yè)執(zhí)行，依據(jù)不良進(jìn)行缺陷的彌補(bǔ)，消除制件缺陷的品質(zhì)影響，降低不良制件的報(bào)廢;
3.通過參與本班組成本改善活動(dòng)，提升本班經(jīng)營業(yè)績(jī)，保證績(jī)效指標(biāo)的達(dá)成;
4.依據(jù)車間現(xiàn)場(chǎng)各項(xiàng)管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，做好現(xiàn)場(chǎng)5S3D工作;
5.依據(jù)公司發(fā)展要求，進(jìn)行自身技能的提升工作，實(shí)現(xiàn)崗位輪換需求。
任職要求:
1.Technical secondary school/high school or above；
2.Able to complete related tasks in strict accordance with the order, process, and operation essentials of the work manual and work instruction;
3.Execution ability: implement business work in accordance with the prescribed steps and strictly observe the completion date;
4.Team adaptability and learning ability: can quickly integrate into the new environment, coordinate and communicate smoothly, quickly master the teaching knowledge, skills and methods, and operate independently.
