ISO認(rèn)證通用設(shè)備質(zhì)量管理體系
MAIN DUTIES主要職責(zé)
1.質(zhì)量管理體系維護(hù) / Quality Management System Maintenance
負(fù)責(zé)ISO 9001質(zhì)量管理體系的日常維護(hù)與運(yùn)行,確保體系符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。制定、修訂質(zhì)量體系文件(如質(zhì)量手冊(cè)、程序文件、作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書等),并監(jiān)督文件的執(zhí)行情況。組織內(nèi)部審核、管理評(píng)審,跟進(jìn)不符合項(xiàng)的整改計(jì)劃及驗(yàn)證,確保體系持續(xù)改進(jìn)。
Responsible for the daily maintenance and operation of the ISO 9001 quality management system to ensure compliance with standard requirements. Formulate and revise quality system documents (such as quality manual, procedure documents, work instruction sheets, etc.), and supervise the implementation of documents. Organize internal audits and management reviews, follow up the rectification plan and verification of non-conformities, and ensure continuous improvement of the system.
2.客戶審核應(yīng)對(duì) / Customer Audit Response
作為客戶質(zhì)量審核的主要對(duì)接人,提前準(zhǔn)備審核所需資料(如體系文件、質(zhì)量記錄、過程數(shù)據(jù)等),陪同客戶完成現(xiàn)場(chǎng)審核。及時(shí)整理審核發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題,組織相關(guān)部門分析原因并制定整改措施,跟蹤整改進(jìn)度,向客戶提交整改報(bào)告,并進(jìn)行整改效果的驗(yàn)證。

3.PPAP提交管理 / PPAP Submission Management
主導(dǎo)新產(chǎn)品或更改產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)件批準(zhǔn)程序(PPAP)工作,協(xié)調(diào)研發(fā)、生產(chǎn)、采購(gòu)等部門收集PPAP所需資料(如設(shè)計(jì)記錄、過程能力研究、測(cè)量系統(tǒng)分析、樣品檢驗(yàn)報(bào)告等)。審核PPAP文件的完整性和準(zhǔn)確性,按照客戶要求的格式和時(shí)間節(jié)點(diǎn)提交PPAP,跟進(jìn)客戶審批結(jié)果,并處理審批過程中提出的問題。
Lead the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) for new products or modified products, coordinate with R&D, production, procurement and other departments to collect materials required for PPAP (such as design records, process capability studies, measurement system analysis, sample inspection reports, etc.). Audit the completeness and accuracy of PPAP documents, submit PPAP in accordance with the format and time node required by customers, follow up the customer approval results, and handle the problems raised during the approval process.
4.8D報(bào)告處理 / 8D Report Handling
針對(duì)客戶投訴、內(nèi)部重大質(zhì)量問題或過程異常,牽頭組建8D小組,按照8D問題解決流程(成立小組、描述問題、臨時(shí)措施、根本原因分析、永久糾正措施、驗(yàn)證措施、預(yù)防措施、關(guān)閉小組)開展工作。主導(dǎo)根本原因分析,制定并跟蹤糾正預(yù)防措施的實(shí)施,撰寫8D報(bào)告并提交給客戶,確保問題得到有效解決和預(yù)防。
For customer complaints, major internal quality problems or process abnormalities, take the lead in forming an 8D team and carry out work in accordance with the 8D (8 Disciplines) problem-solving process (form a team, describe the problem, temporary measures, root cause analysis, permanent corrective measures, verify measures, preventive measures, close the team). Lead the root cause analysis, formulate and track the implementation of corrective and preventive measures, write 8D reports and submit them to customers to ensure that problems are effectively solved and prevented.
5.過程質(zhì)量問題分析與改善/Process quality problem analyze and continuous improvement

6.領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的其他質(zhì)量相關(guān)工作 / Other Quality-Related Work assigned by superior
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 最低崗位要求
1.Bachelor's degree or above, major in mechanical engineering, electronics, automation, quality management or related fields.
本科及以上學(xué)歷,機(jī)械、電子、自動(dòng)化、質(zhì)量管理等相關(guān)專業(yè)。
2.工作經(jīng)驗(yàn) / Work Experience
5年以上制造業(yè)質(zhì)量工程師工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),有ISO 9001體系維護(hù)、客戶審核應(yīng)對(duì)、PPAP及8D報(bào)告處理經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
More than 5 years of work experience as a quality engineer in manufacturing industry, with experience in ISO 9001 system maintenance, customer audit response, PPAP and 8D report handling is preferred.
3.專業(yè)技能 / Professional Skills
熟悉ISO 9001質(zhì)量管理體系標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及相關(guān)質(zhì)量工具(如FMEA、SPC、MSA、APQP、PPAP等);具備良好的問題分析與解決能力,能熟練運(yùn)用8D、5Why等問題解決方法;掌握質(zhì)量管理體系審核技巧,具備客戶審核應(yīng)對(duì)經(jīng)驗(yàn);具備良好的文檔編寫能力,能獨(dú)立完成PPAP、8D報(bào)告等質(zhì)量文件的編制與審核。
Familiar with ISO 9001 quality management system standards and related quality tools (such as FMEA, SPC, MSA, APQP, PPAP, etc.); have good problem analysis and solving ability, and be proficient in using problem-solving methods such as 8D and 5Why; master quality management system audit skills and have experience in customer audit response; have good document writing ability, and can independently complete the preparation and audit of quality documents such as PPAP and 8D reports.
