職責(zé):
1. 統(tǒng)籌制定并動(dòng)態(tài)完善集團(tuán)合規(guī)管理制度框架,編制年度制度更新計(jì)劃,督導(dǎo)各部門、各國(guó)家區(qū)落實(shí)制度要求,定期開展制度宣貫培訓(xùn),確保全員合規(guī)認(rèn)知與制度要求相匹配;
2. 組織開展全業(yè)務(wù)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別與評(píng)估,聚焦高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)地區(qū)項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行、客戶評(píng)價(jià)管理、監(jiān)控設(shè)備隱私保護(hù)場(chǎng)景,精準(zhǔn)識(shí)別風(fēng)險(xiǎn)隱患,編制風(fēng)險(xiǎn)清單并提出針對(duì)性管控措施,為業(yè)務(wù)決策提供合規(guī)依據(jù);
3. 牽頭優(yōu)化內(nèi)部控制關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)(如項(xiàng)目審批流程、應(yīng)急響應(yīng)機(jī)制等),協(xié)同內(nèi)部審計(jì)部門開展專項(xiàng)檢查,跟蹤整改落實(shí)情況,切實(shí)防范系統(tǒng)性風(fēng)險(xiǎn);
4. 開展合規(guī)培訓(xùn)和宣傳工作,結(jié)合行業(yè)典型案例開展警示教育,強(qiáng)化全員合規(guī)意識(shí)與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防控能力;
5. 組織協(xié)調(diào)和配合各部門、各國(guó)家區(qū)開展合規(guī)工作,針對(duì)屬地監(jiān)管差異,提供專業(yè)建議和技術(shù)支持,定期發(fā)布風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警信息;
6. 建立常態(tài)化合規(guī)監(jiān)測(cè)機(jī)制,通過(guò)項(xiàng)目抽查、數(shù)據(jù)篩查等方式主動(dòng)識(shí)別違規(guī)行為,嚴(yán)格督促整改落實(shí),有效防范因合規(guī)風(fēng)險(xiǎn);
7. 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他工作。
經(jīng)驗(yàn)與要求:
1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷,45周歲以下,具有大型企業(yè)同類崗位5年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);
2. 熟悉香港上市公司的合規(guī)要求以及企業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理和業(yè)務(wù)運(yùn)作流程;
3. 熟悉相關(guān)法律法規(guī)政策、掌握海外安保行業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)流程;
4. 具有較強(qiáng)的邏輯思維能力,良好的表達(dá)溝通與協(xié)調(diào)能力。
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and continuously refine the Group’s compliance management framework, publish an annual compliance update plan, oversee implementation across departments and country/region units, conduct regular policy communication and training, and ensure all employees’ compliance awareness aligns with regulatory and policy requirements.
2. Organize end-to-end risk identification and assessment across the business chain; prioritize high-risk areas such as project execution in high?risk jurisdictions, customer due diligence/evaluation, and privacy protection for surveillance equipment; accurately identify potential issues, compile a risk register, and propose targeted control measures to support sound business decisions.
3. Lead the optimization of key internal controls (e.g., project approval workflows, emergency response mechanisms); coordinate with internal audit on special inspections, track rectification progress, and effectively mitigate systemic risks.
4. Plan and deliver compliance training and awareness campaigns, using industry case studies to strengthen employees’ compliance consciousness and risk prevention capabilities.
5. Coordinate and support compliance efforts across departments and country/region units; provide expert guidance and technical assistance tailored to local regulatory differences; issue risk alerts on a regular basis.
6. Establish a regular compliance monitoring mechanism; proactively detect violations through project spot checks and data screening; rigorously drive rectification and effectively prevent compliance breaches.
7. Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.
Experience and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, under 45 years old,at least 5 years of experience in a similar role at a large enterprise.
2. Familiar with the compliance requirements of Hong Kong–listed companies, as well as enterprise risk management and business operation processes.
3. Familiar with relevant laws, regulations, and policies; proficient in the business processes of the overseas security industry.
4. Strong logical thinking skills, with good communication and coordination abilities.
