招聘崗位:國(guó)際貿(mào)易業(yè)務(wù)助理(跟單) 崗位職責(zé)and YOU’LL BE ABLE TO DO: 1.Tracking and handling the entire process of orders; 負(fù)責(zé)訂單全流程的跟蹤和操作; 2.Contact suppliers and customers, assist manager in communication and resolution of relevant matters; 聯(lián)系供應(yīng)商及客戶,協(xié)助上級(jí)主管溝通并解決相關(guān)事宜; 3.Assist business manager in developing new business, and gradually conduct some business independently under the guidance of manager; 配合業(yè)務(wù)主管開(kāi)發(fā)新業(yè)務(wù),并能不斷成長(zhǎng),逐漸在業(yè)務(wù)主管的指導(dǎo)下獨(dú)立開(kāi)展部分業(yè)務(wù); 4.Stationed overseas, able to independently contact local suppliers and customers, maintain existing business and develop new business. 駐外員工,可以獨(dú)立聯(lián)系當(dāng)?shù)毓?yīng)商和客戶,維持既有業(yè)務(wù)以及開(kāi)發(fā)新業(yè)務(wù)。 任職要求WE WANT YOU LIKE: 1.Fresh graduates over 20 years old; 應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生,年齡22周歲以上 2.Bachelor's degree or above in English, international trade, economics or related fields; 本科及以上學(xué)歷,英語(yǔ),國(guó)際貿(mào)易,經(jīng)濟(jì)等相關(guān)專業(yè); 3.Proficiency in English with a CET-6 level or above, excellent oral communication skills preferred; 英語(yǔ)6級(jí)及以上水平,聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫(xiě)熟練,口語(yǔ)突出者優(yōu)先 4.Good communication skills and strong written and verbal expression abilities; 良好的溝通能力以及書(shū)面和口頭表達(dá)能力; 5.Proactive and self-motivated; 具備主觀能動(dòng)性,做事積極主動(dòng); 6.Serious and meticulous in work, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to work under pressure. 工作認(rèn)真細(xì)致,極強(qiáng)的責(zé)任心,以及一定的抗壓能力。 PS: 學(xué)歷和英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫(xiě)熟練是基本條件,不符合條件者請(qǐng)勿投遞簡(jiǎn)歷,,簡(jiǎn)歷中需要寫(xiě)明英文水平。 有長(zhǎng)期海外留學(xué)背景優(yōu)先 投遞簡(jiǎn)歷前,請(qǐng)先自測(cè),不符合條件勿投遞。
