工作職責(zé):
1.在本地區(qū)負(fù)責(zé)邦納產(chǎn)品的市場開拓和客戶維護(hù)工作。
Responsible for the market development and customer maintenance of Banner products in the region.
2.落實(shí)公司的銷售計劃并完成年度銷售指標(biāo)。
Implement the company's sales plan and complete the annual sales target.
3.管理維護(hù)已有代理商,并促使其完成銷售任務(wù)。
Manage and maintain existing agents and promote them to complete sales tasks.
4.挖掘新的潛力合作伙伴,并開發(fā)出有價值的代理商。
Tap new potential partners and develop valuable agents.
5.及時了解競爭對手的市場動態(tài)。
Keep abreast of the market dynamics of competitors.
6. 提升自身的提案能力,為客戶提供優(yōu)質(zhì)的解決方案。
Improve their own proposal capabilities and provide customers with high-quality
solutions.
任職要求:
1. 具有大學(xué)專科及以上學(xué)歷,工業(yè)電氣自動化或相關(guān)專業(yè)大學(xué)畢業(yè)優(yōu)先考慮;
University degree in industrial electrical automation or related majors; Have a bachelor's
degree.
2.2-3年以上工業(yè)自動化或相關(guān)領(lǐng)域銷售工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),特別是具有傳感器類產(chǎn)品銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮;
More than 2-3 years of sales experience in industrial automation or related fields,especially those with sales experience in sensor products will be given
priority.
3.具備經(jīng)銷商管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)和能力,并與經(jīng)銷商建立良好的合作關(guān)系
Have experience and ability in dealer management and establish good cooperative relationships with dealers .
4.具備一定的客戶開發(fā)能力,并有成功開發(fā)的案例;
Possess certain customer development capabilities and have successful development cases.
5.勤奮、有韌性,對于銷售工作有一定的熱情;
Diligent and resilient, with a certain enthusiasm for sales work.
6.認(rèn)同Banner的經(jīng)營理念與文化。
Agree with Banner's business philosophy and culture.
