項(xiàng)目采購(gòu)1年派遣合同非生產(chǎn)原材料采購(gòu)MRO
基本職責(zé)Essential:
1、負(fù)責(zé)中國(guó)區(qū)相關(guān)工廠的日常采購(gòu)工作(如設(shè)備投資,備件,消耗品,維修服務(wù),外包,行政等,原材料除外),確保采購(gòu)過(guò)程符合公司采購(gòu)流程及制度;
Be responsible for China plant sourcing(such as CAPEX, MRO, Energy, Admins, Service and outsource etc. Raw materials excluded), ensure the purchasing activities in line with plant purchasing procedure and Vallourec guidelines;
2、積極響應(yīng)工廠采購(gòu)請(qǐng)求,負(fù)責(zé)采購(gòu)尋源、供應(yīng)商開(kāi)發(fā)、議價(jià)/招投標(biāo)、合同簽訂以及交付驗(yàn)收等環(huán)節(jié),確保采購(gòu)產(chǎn)品或服務(wù)滿(mǎn)足需求部門(mén)要求或規(guī)格;
Proactively response to the purchasing demand of end users, manages the process of sourcing, new supplier evaluation, bidding/negotiation, contract drafting and delivery/acceptance, ensure the purchased goods or service meet the requirements/spec. of user department;
3、識(shí)別工廠成本節(jié)省機(jī)會(huì),加強(qiáng)與生產(chǎn)、維修、倉(cāng)庫(kù)、財(cái)務(wù)、質(zhì)量等部門(mén)的有效溝通;
Identify the saving opportunities of plant, enhance the efficient communication with production, maintenance, warehouse, quality, finance department and so on;
4、加強(qiáng)關(guān)鍵供應(yīng)商的開(kāi)發(fā)以及合同/績(jī)效管理,保證關(guān)鍵物料的穩(wěn)定供應(yīng)并參與投訴的處理;
Enhance the new supplier development in critical materials and manage the contracts and suppliers performance, be responsible for the claims handling and ensure the stable supply;
5、積極參與中國(guó)區(qū)采購(gòu)活動(dòng),支持不同工廠的采購(gòu)項(xiàng)目和花費(fèi)整合。
Proactively involve in the purchasing activities of different plants in China, support the purchasing projects and spend management of different plants.
6、嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行中國(guó)區(qū)采購(gòu)流程和制度,確保采購(gòu)流程的高效并符合集團(tuán)采購(gòu)制度及工廠相關(guān)體系的要求(如ISO9001,14001, 45001, 50001,API等);
Strictly follow China purchasing process & procedure, ensure the purchasing
activities in line with group sourcing policy and plant management system (such
as ISO9001, 14001, 45001, 50001 and API, etc.);
7、采購(gòu)總監(jiān)安排的其他工作。
Other works arranged by China Purchasing Director.
質(zhì)量、環(huán)境、安全及能源職責(zé)Quality、Environmental、Safety & Energy Responsibility
1、根據(jù)ISO質(zhì)量體系要求,加強(qiáng)采購(gòu)流程中對(duì)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量有影響的采購(gòu)環(huán)節(jié)控制,包括供應(yīng)商開(kāi)發(fā),供應(yīng)商評(píng)估,供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量投訴處理等對(duì)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量有影響的環(huán)節(jié)等。
According to the requirements of ISO9001, enhance the quality control for purchasing process and quality related activities,including new supplier development, supplier performance evaluation and supplier quality complaint handling process, etc.
2、做好采購(gòu)部的質(zhì)量、環(huán)境安全及能源職責(zé)體系工作,根據(jù)體系要求對(duì)采購(gòu)工作加強(qiáng)過(guò)程控制,尤其是供應(yīng)商資質(zhì)和人員證書(shū)等審核,以及現(xiàn)場(chǎng)承包商的選擇和管理。
Responsible for Quality、Environmental/Safety & Energy management system within Purchasing department, enhance purchasing process control according to
requirements of the system. Especilly for the certificates & lincese
checking for suppliers and their employees, and the selection & management
of on-site subcontractors, etc.
3、發(fā)生環(huán)境安全突發(fā)事件(如火災(zāi),地震,化學(xué)品泄漏等)時(shí)能夠根據(jù)應(yīng)急響應(yīng)程序采取相應(yīng)的行動(dòng)。
Take certain actions according to the emergency procedure when environment and safety accident occurs.
4、積極識(shí)別本工作崗位的危險(xiǎn)源并做出相關(guān)措施
Distinguishes the dangerous source and makes the associated measures.
5、自覺(jué)遵守公司的相關(guān)安全規(guī)章制度
Observes company's related security rules and regulations.
6、發(fā)現(xiàn)事故隱患、虛驚事件以及事故時(shí)應(yīng)及時(shí)上報(bào)
Discovered when accident potential, false alarm event as well as
accident should report promptly.
對(duì)進(jìn)入公司服務(wù)的合同方應(yīng)告知公司健康安全要求,并簽訂于合同中
Informthe contractors the company health and safety request, and sign it in the
contract.
能力要求 Competence Requirements
1、教育背景Education: 大專(zhuān)及以上 Bachler or above.
2、經(jīng)驗(yàn)Experience: 五年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)More than 3 years of
related experiences.
3、培訓(xùn)及證書(shū)Training & certification: 受過(guò)專(zhuān)業(yè)采購(gòu)流程、供應(yīng)商開(kāi)發(fā)、談判技能、國(guó)際貿(mào)易以及合同起草等方面的培訓(xùn) Has received professional
purchasing trainings, like purchase procedure,supplier development, negotiations skill, Incoterm and
contract drafting, etc.
4、應(yīng)用能力及技能技巧 Skill: 熟練操作MS辦公軟件,有SAP操作基礎(chǔ)。 be skilled in MS office software,
can work with SAP system.
5、外語(yǔ)要求Foreign language: 英語(yǔ)可書(shū)寫(xiě)及對(duì)話 English could be workable.
6、差旅Business Travel:可接受?chē)?guó)內(nèi)出差 Can accept if need.
