工作職責(zé)/Key Responsibilities
1.協(xié)助董事長處理日常事務(wù)、文件與溝通事務(wù);安排董事長的日常行程、出行及差旅:
2.協(xié)助采購、生活用品及商務(wù)所需物品的采買;協(xié)助與內(nèi)部團隊、外部合作伙伴溝通:
3.根據(jù)需要,協(xié)助董事長生活起居(如餐飲、居家協(xié)調(diào)):
4.保持信息保密與高度的專業(yè)性。
Manage the Chairman’s daily schedule, meetings, and travel arrangements: Handle personal errands,including purchasing and lifestyle coordination; Assist in communications with internal teams and external partners:
Provide logistical and personal support to ensure smooth daily operations: Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
任職要求/Requirements
1.大專及以上學(xué)歷,英語流利,能與外籍人士無障礙溝通:
2.形象端正,舉止得體,具備良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力;
3.熟悉廣州生活環(huán)境,特別是番禺地區(qū)優(yōu)先
4.有駕駛執(zhí)照及駕駛經(jīng)驗者、留學(xué)經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先
5.責(zé)任心強,能夠靈活處理臨時事務(wù),具備高度保密意識
