Responsibilities工作職責(zé):
1.
Service interface with the
customers in the territory; 承擔(dān)本地區(qū)的客戶服務(wù)界面;
2.
Responsible for service order
fulfillment: order entry, goods receiving, quotation and follow-up and on-time
delivery; 負(fù)責(zé)接待客戶訂單, 收貨, 報價以及報價確認(rèn)跟進, 發(fā)貨等事宜;
3.
Responsible for implementing
customer satisfaction survey and reporting the survey statistics; 負(fù)責(zé)客戶滿意度調(diào)查;
4.
Perform the roles defined in the
ISO9001/ISO17025; 執(zhí)行管理體系中規(guī)定的相關(guān)職責(zé);
5.
Other work as per company’s
request. 其他工作。
Qualifications職位要求:
1.
Bachelor or above degree of
Business Administration, International Trade;
工商管理/國際貿(mào)易或其它相關(guān)專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷;
2.
Min. of 3 years working experience
in related field; 三年以上相關(guān)領(lǐng)域工作經(jīng)驗;
3.
Multinational company working
experience is preferred; 具有跨國公司的工作經(jīng)驗;
4.
Good communication skill and
capable in coordination; 良好的溝通技巧和協(xié)調(diào)能力;
5.
Good knowledge of MS office; 熟練使用辦公軟件;
6.
Good sense of responsibility and
teamwork; 具有工作責(zé)任感和團隊合作精神;
7.
Pro-actively solve problem and
find solutions; 善于積極主動解決問題;
8.
SAP experience is preferred. 有SAP使用經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先考慮。
