?First level support: support employees in general questions such as training courses, learning portal self-services. Investigate and when relevant escalate service requests to the appropriate HR team ?Training administration: Organizing internal and external trainings (including regular employee trainings, leadership trainings, vocational training activities); evaluating individual training sessions (e.g., coordinating trainers, inviting attendees, organizing training venues) ?Training delivery: Delivering internal trainings and determining sourcing options for external trainings by assessing/selecting external training providers; monitoring training provider performance; evaluating training program success. ?Training follow up: Assessment of individual development potential; Training evaluation and feedback; Yearly overall training spend/needs assessment; Training calendar design ?Engage with customers (internal or external) on resolutions to service requests within training area. ?Promote a working culture where processes are followed in order to secure service delivery quality ?Be the bridge to Global CoE for any related matters or actions
