崗位職責(zé)：
1. Responsible for TC RM BOM management and control RM phase in/out. Ensure we follow with the RM phase in/out requirement from NPI. Minimize the potential RM write-off cost. Manage the RM stock from long term perspective.
2. When the BOM formulation change, calculate the demand of relevant RM, for the special supply RM, should help supplier to consume stock and work with QC team to confirm the RM switching time.
3. Communication with DRP team to understand the newest demand for some special case to prepare RM better and review RM one by one weekly to meet the working capital target.
4. Weekly change order and urgently order handling, timely adjust the purchasing plans to meet the demand, and update newest forecast to suppliers.
5. Teamwork with NPI/QC/procurement to make sure that New RM planning to meet the new product launch schedule and monitor the RM phase in phase out, avoid the SLOB RM generated
6. Coordinate all the relevant stakeholders and suppliers to solve the raw material supply issues and be able to take lead to escalate the risks to global IMT team
7. For those RM which cannot be consumed in the warranty period, request to add product order and prompt arrangement retest and follow up
8. Additives Tankage control, to maximize the utilization and organize MOC meeting to switch the tanks as required
9. To ensure all the formulation approved by GLT before issue new raw material purchase order.

? Minimum 3 years related working experience preferably multiple roles in preferably multiple roles in manufacturing planning, material planning, supply planning or demand planning.
? Advanced skill of MS office & ERP, Kinaxis system operations
? Fluent both in English and Mandarin
? University graduate with degree in Business Administration, Statistic or related areas
