Position: Motor
Mechanical Design Engineer/電機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)工程師
Mission of Function:
Mechanical design of servo motors and spindle motors/伺服電機(jī)和主軸電機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)工程師
What are my responsibilities?
l Evaluate motor product requirement,
analyze the available technical solutions, workout the best mechanical concept
for (PMSM) servo motors and spindle motors.
評(píng)估電機(jī)產(chǎn)品需求,分析可用的技術(shù)解決方案,為伺服電機(jī)和主軸電機(jī)制定最佳的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)。
l Execute and document structural,
dynamical and thermal calculations, simulations and proof the feasibilities of
chosen solutions.
執(zhí)行電機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),動(dòng)態(tài)和熱的仿真和計(jì)算,方案驗(yàn)證及優(yōu)化
l Create BOMs, 2D&3D drawings, and
maintain data in Teamcenter.

l Take part in product care, products
relocation & material localization activities, like quality improvement,
design optimization and design to cost.

function teams to consider manufacturing demands like Poka-yoke, DFX.

l Follow up the manufacturing,
prototyping, verification and approval of motor mechanical parts.

l Support customers (sales, product
management), service, test, production, suppliers on technical issues.

l Cooperate with GP/CE/LC engineers to
develop suppliers for mechanical components, and to clarify product technical
requirement with suppliers.

l Other tasks assigned by line manager.

What do I need to qualify for this job?
l BS degree or above in electromechanics,
mechanical engineering & automation or related
電機(jī)、機(jī)械制造及自動(dòng)化或相關(guān)專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷
l ≥3 years’ experience on motor or
mechatronics device development, familiar with product development process is
preferred, but not a must if you are confident on your capability and
potentials.
3年以上的電機(jī)或機(jī)電產(chǎn)品開發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn),熟悉產(chǎn)品開發(fā)流程
l Familiar with the design and
manufacture process of mechanical components, such as tooling,die-casting, extrusion, plastic, machining parts etc.
熟悉各類機(jī)械零件的設(shè)計(jì)和制造工藝,比如模具,壓鑄件,擠出件,塑料件及機(jī)加工等
l Familiar technical drawing and general
principles, advanced in design tools like NX/TC
熟悉機(jī)械制圖及規(guī)則,精通3D設(shè)計(jì)軟件NX/TC
l Familiar with bearing and encoder, have
experience on fan development is preferred.
熟悉軸承和編碼器,有風(fēng)扇開發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先
l Having experience on FEA, thermal and
structural simulation is preferred.
有有限元分析經(jīng)驗(yàn),散熱仿真和機(jī)械仿真經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先
l Basic knowledge on motor control
algorithm and servo drive is preferred.
具備電機(jī)控制算法和伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)者優(yōu)先
l Good oral and written English
具備良好的英語口語及書面表達(dá)能力
