1、負責沙特地區(qū)運力供應商的管理與運營，保障騎手資源穩(wěn)定高效供給。?
2、參與運力供應商相關(guān)物流配送項目（如供應商運力提升、合作流程優(yōu)化等），從需求調(diào)研、方案設計到落地執(zhí)行、效果復盤，確保項目達成預期目標。?
3、結(jié)合產(chǎn)品運營思維，對接內(nèi)部產(chǎn)品團隊，推動運力供應商管理相關(guān)產(chǎn)品功能迭代，通過產(chǎn)品優(yōu)化提升商管理效率與騎手服務質(zhì)量，達成降本增效目標。?
4、跟蹤關(guān)鍵指標（如供應商履約率、騎手配送時效、服務投訴率等），定期數(shù)據(jù)分析復盤，及時發(fā)現(xiàn)合作及管理中的問題，制定改進方案并推動落地。???
5、完成其他相關(guān)指派工作任務。
1.Be responsible for the management and operation of capacity suppliers in Saudi Arabia, ensuring the stable and efficient supply of rider resources.
2.Participate in logistics and delivery projects related to capacity suppliers (such as supplier capacity enhancement, cooperation process optimization, etc.), covering demand research, solution design, implementation, and result review, to ensure that projects meet expected goals.
3.Integrate product operation thinking, connect with the internal product team, promote the iteration of product functions related to capacity supplier management, and improve supplier management efficiency and rider service quality through product optimization to achieve the goal of cost reduction and efficiency improvement.

崗位基本需求
1、本科及以上學歷，物流管理、供應鏈管理等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先。?
2、3 年及以上物流配送相關(guān)項目運營管理經(jīng)驗，具備產(chǎn)品運營經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先，熟悉物流配送流程及供應商管理邏輯。?
3、英語熟練，聽說讀寫能力良好，能順利開展商務溝通與合作談判。?
