應(yīng)收應(yīng)付財(cái)務(wù)分析資金管理總賬成本發(fā)票管理賬款核銷開票管理審計(jì)收入賬稅務(wù)
MajorResponsibility:
· Handle billing process in ERP system
· Issue VAT invoice
· Fapiao delivery (Email/Courier)
· Print and file Accounts Receivable vouchers & supporting
documents
· AR & VAT output reconciliation
· Prepare monthly report of AR related
· Prepare Invoice List every month
· Good communication with Opco and team members
· Ad-hoc task assigned from team leader
· 在ERP系統(tǒng)中處理應(yīng)收流程
· 開具增值稅發(fā)票
· 發(fā)票寄送(郵件/快遞)
· 應(yīng)收憑證及開票支持文檔的打印及存檔
· 應(yīng)收 & 銷項(xiàng)稅調(diào)節(jié)表
· 準(zhǔn)備月結(jié)應(yīng)收相關(guān)報(bào)表的打印&存檔
· 每月登記發(fā)票清單
· 與客戶和同事保持良好的溝通
· 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的其他任務(wù)
Whatyou will need:
· College degree and above of financial or accounting;
· 1-2 years of experience, within adverting, media or marketing
industries is preferred;
· Strong sense of responsibility and detail oriented;
· Open-minded, self-motivated and fast learner;
· Good communication and time management skill;
· Good knowledge of Excel
· Good command of English and Chinese in both reading and writing.
· 財(cái)務(wù)、財(cái)務(wù)管理或會(huì)計(jì)專業(yè)大專及以上學(xué)歷;
· 1-2年相關(guān)財(cái)務(wù)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先;
· 責(zé)任心強(qiáng),注重細(xì)節(jié);
· 思想開放,上進(jìn)心強(qiáng),學(xué)習(xí)能力強(qiáng);
· 良好的溝通和時(shí)間管理能力;
· 熟練掌握Excel軟件
· 良好的中英文讀寫能力
