Deliverables include: Design evaluation & assessment, Build plan concept, Tool & equipment concept, Material usage estimation, Labor hours estimation, Risk & opportunity identification. 交付項包括：設(shè)計評估和定義、工藝方案制定、工裝及設(shè)備方案、材料用量評估、工時評估、風(fēng)險及機會識別。
2.SOW Implementation & Execution工作包引入和執(zhí)行
Deliverables include: Mfg. planning, PPM build, Risk/Issue/Opportunity management, Qualification plan & execute, Performance to Plan execution (Quality, Material usage, Labor). 交付項包括：工藝制定、試制件計劃、風(fēng)險/機會/問題的管理、驗收計劃和執(zhí)行、（質(zhì)量、材料用量、工時）目標的達成。
3. Process Improvement工藝改進
Deliverables include: Idea generation, Business case development, Idea implementation and execution. 交付項包括：改進方法的生成、經(jīng)濟性評估、改進方法的執(zhí)行
4. Change Management構(gòu)型更改控制
Lead Change Board to control all engineering and process changes, perform risk and opportunity identification and communication, take charge of change implementation.

Basic Requirements 任職要求：
1. Bachelor degree or above.
大學(xué)本科及以上學(xué)歷
2. 5 years work experience in medium assembly projects . 有5年相關(guān)中型裝配項目經(jīng)驗
3. Fully speak English as working language (fluent in written and spoken). 可以完全以英文作為工作語言（讀寫口頭交流流利）
4. Understand Customer drawing system and Specification requirements. 理解客戶圖紙系統(tǒng)及規(guī)范要求。
6. Skilled with CATIA/ENOVIA, GD&T and CAD. 熟練使用CATIA/ENOVIA, GD&T and CAD或其他建模軟件，以及微軟Office辦公軟件。
