崗位職責(zé)Job Duties: 1、明確公司培訓(xùn)與發(fā)展的能力與體系建設(shè),建立人才梯隊(duì),支持快速業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展; 80Defines Leaning & Development capabilities and frameworks to build up talent pipe line to support strong business growth 2、制定新員工入職培訓(xùn),領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力培訓(xùn)和中層管理者培訓(xùn)等項(xiàng)目; 80Develop new employee on boarding training, New leader program , Middle level leader program etc 3、與部門經(jīng)理建立關(guān)鍵人才和培養(yǎng)項(xiàng)目; 80Together with HR manager to define key talent pipeline and development 4、公司企業(yè)文化建設(shè)和培訓(xùn)發(fā)展。 80Build up company culture and deployment Job Requirements 1、本科或以上學(xué)歷,人力資源管理、管理學(xué)、心理學(xué)等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先,通過CET-4優(yōu)先考慮。 Bachelor Degree or above,CET-4 is prefered; 2、5年以上人力資源管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),包括:培訓(xùn)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn); At least 5 years + of experience in various people functions Business, Experience across talent management/Learning; 3、高能量、有思想的專業(yè)人士,能夠從事精細(xì)、戰(zhàn)略和業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展方面的工作 We look for high-energy, thoughtful professionals who can work at both granular, tactical, and big-picture person
