Coaching 輔導(dǎo)
? Work with MD in market to coach & provide one-with-one feedback.

? Conduct effective weekly meeting with team.
每周與團(tuán)隊(duì)成員開展切實(shí)有效的例會(huì)
Key Capabilities / Competencies
