Responsibilities:
? Together with respective business line and service line to secure orders from internal & external customers end-to-end
? Drive order management process (automation, optimization)
? Monitor Financial and Sales performance, provide KPI analysis, and prepare business relevant reporting
? Manage orders to make sure all operation in line with company guidelines and finance standards
? Handle commercial topics, e.g. online contract, online quotation, new portfolio launch preparation from E-commerce commercial side

Qualifications:
? Bachelor’s degree or above in business administration, finance, accounting or related areas;
? Have experience with sales business administration tasks
? Good communication skills to understand requirements from internal & external
? Customer orientation and service attitude
? High sense of responsibility, initiative, strong ability to work under pressure
? Good SAP and office software knowledge is preferred
? Fluent English in reading and writing
? With sense of Internet, love E-commerce business, with experience of handling online customer service and order is preferred
