崗位職責Duties/Responsibilits
1.積極配合上級的工作安排，按照模具車間工作計劃開展工作；
Actively cooperate with the work arrangement of the superior, and carry out the work according to the work plan of the mold workshop;
2. 保障注塑車間模具能正常生產，如模具發(fā)現異常及時處理；
Ensure the normal production of the molds in the injection molding workshop, and timely deal with any abnormalities found in the molds;
3. 確保標準生產工藝及作業(yè)指導書的貫徹執(zhí)行，嚴格執(zhí)行工序內檢 驗規(guī)程；
Ensure the implementation of the standard production process and operation instructions, and strictly implement the in-process inspection procedures;
4.協助工程部模具設計人員對模具設計變更處理；
Assisted the mold designer of Engineering Department to deal with the change of mold design;
5. 配合工程部及質量開發(fā)部的要求積極改善產品品質并執(zhí)行相關防范措施；
Cooperate with engineering Department and Quality Development Department to actively improve product quality and implement relevant preventive measures;
6. 協助工程部對新模具檢查及驗收工作；
Assisted the engineering department in the inspection and acceptance of new molds;
7. 模具使用及保養(yǎng)維修記錄的更新及規(guī)檔；
Update and document the mold use and maintenance records;
8.積極推動“6S”工作；
Actively promote the "6S" work;
任職要求Education/Special Skill Requirements
1、 中?；蛞陨蠈W歷
Technical secondary school or above
2、5年以上注塑模具制作經驗
More than 5 years experience in injection mold production
3、有較強的模具結構概念，熟悉模具加工工藝及制作流程，熟識模具圖紙，具備熟練的車、銑、鉗、磨配等技能
Strong concept of mold structure, familiar with mold processing technology and production process,familiar with mold drawings, skilled in turning, milling, pliers, grinding and other skills
4、較強責任心，成熟穩(wěn)重、善于溝通、服從工作安排。
