工作職責：

6. 與質量管理和項目經(jīng)理一起確定產(chǎn)品所需的質量要求/準則；
Determine with Quality Management and Project Manager the quality requirements/criteria for product acceptance.

7. 負責車間質量控制工作，包含進料檢驗，中間檢驗和最終檢驗；
Handle quality control in workshop include incoming inspection, intermediate and final inspection.

8. 根據(jù)既定的質量控制過程執(zhí)行供應商工廠的過程中/最終檢測；
Perform in-process / final inspection of supplier workshops as per defined qualitycontrol procedures.

9. 對產(chǎn)品質量問題進行診斷并做好故障檢測，監(jiān)督不合格產(chǎn)品/零件/過程；
Diagnose and troubleshoot product quality problems; supervise the non-conforming products/components/processes.
10. 與質量經(jīng)理一起做好預防/矯正的管理從而防范不合格產(chǎn)品的出現(xiàn)；
Manage preventive/corrective action together with Quality Manager, initiate corrective actions to prevent product non-conformance.
11. 建立質量相關的數(shù)據(jù)庫，做好內(nèi)部監(jiān)控和檢查的數(shù)據(jù)登記；
Create data base to document quality issues and register inspection data for
internal monitoring.
12. 例行的現(xiàn)場質量控制檢查；
Perform routine On-Site Quality Control Visits.
13. 跟進項目進度，評估項目進度中質量控制的影響；
Follow-up on the project schedule and evaluate the impact of the quality control on the project schedule

崗位要求：
1. Bachelor Engineering Degree with good foundation in mechanics;

2. 2-3 years' extensive experience in quality inspection in the field of heavy industry
