機(jī)加工工藝
Job Description:
1.Industrialization of new products, equipment and processes.
2.Contact suppliers for fixtures, tooling, cutters and all things which are necessary in the production to deliver high levels of quality and resolve incoming quality issues.
3.Support the production for troubleshooting and train people on the shop floor for new processes.
4.Permanent improvements for processes and production facilities.
5.Master the Principle of machine of every machine in each department, and can operate skilled.
6.Design drawings for fixture, cutter, spare parts and simple automation device.
7.Set up and follow up project plan and lead the team to achieve the target.
8.Support the team members and work closely with production, SCM, purchasing and quality to ensure the rate of project progress.
9.Assemble and coordinate project staff to solve problem and achieve the goal.
10.Other jobs assigned by the superior.
Job Requirement:
1.Bachelor's degree or above, major in mechanical engineering or tooling design and manufacturing related.
2.At least 5 years engineering experience in manufacturing industry.
3.Experience in project management and good with project process.
4.Experience in CNC programming.
5.Experience in electroplating.
6.Good and effective communication skills especially cross department with team work attitude.
7.Proficient in Auto CAD and 3D software.
8.Proficient in Office software.
9.Good at English communication skill.
10.Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, team work and efficient execution
