【主要職責】【 Main Responsibilities 】

4. 規(guī)范設備維修安全作業(yè)流程，確保維修作業(yè)安全、規(guī)范、高效；
Standardize safe equipment repair procedures to ensure repair work is safe, compliant,
and efficient.
5. 建立合理的設備設施備件清單，確保高效的維修周期。
Establish a reasonable spare parts inventory for equipment and facilities to ensure
efficient repair cycles.
6. 提出設備機械結構或電氣系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)化改進方案并推動落地；
Propose and drive the implementation of optimization and improvement plans for
equipment mechanical structures or electrical systems.
7. 建立設備故障停機時間量化管理機制，推進 OEE 持續(xù)改善；
Establish a quantitative management mechanism for equipment downtime; promote
continuous OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) improvement.
8. 協(xié)同 EHS 工程師定期開展設備設施安全風險識別及整改，確保符合安全；
Collaborate with EHS engineers to conduct regular safety risk identification and
rectification for equipment and facilities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and
standards.
9. 推進工廠設備設施電、氣能耗及油液消耗優(yōu)化改善工作；
Promote optimization and improvement initiatives for electricity, gas consumption, and
lubricant usage of factory equipment and facilities.
10. 參與新項目設備方案制定及后期的設備驗收工作；
Participate in formulating equipment plans for new projects and the subsequent
equipment acceptance process.
11. 建立及維護工廠設備設施臺賬及設備布局更新，定期進行設備使用狀態(tài)評；
Establish and maintain factory equipment/facility ledgers and update equipment layouts;
conduct regular assessments of equipment operating status.
12. 制定工廠的供電、供氣設施的維護保養(yǎng)計劃并敦促執(zhí)行，監(jiān)控設施負載狀態(tài)；
Develop maintenance plans for factory power supply and gas supply facilities, ensuring
execution; monitor facility load status.
13. 指導維修技術員執(zhí)行 5S 管理工作，確保一個整潔舒適的工作環(huán)境；
Guide maintenance technicians in implementing 5S management to ensure a clean, tidy,
and comfortable working environment.
14. 以上維修及維護的設備包括但不限于臥車、立車、臥加、立加、插齒機、滾齒機、
剃齒機、刮齒機、磨齒機、桁架機械手、機器人、清洗機、裝配線、噴涂線等； The equipment covered by the above maintenance and repair includes but is not limited
to: Horizontal Lathes, Vertical Lathes, Horizontal Machining Centers (HMCs), Vertical
Machining Centers (VMCs), Gear Shapers, Gear Hobbing Machines, Gear Shavers, Gear
Skiving Machines, Gear Grinders, Gantry Manipulators, Robots, Washing Machines,
Assembly Lines, Painting Lines, etc.
15. 完成領導安排的其他臨時事務；

【任職要求】【 Job Requirements 】
1. 年齡要求 30 歲至 45 歲。

Capable of guiding maintenance technicians in equipment repair and preventive maintenance
activities.
9. 具備預防性維護體系搭建及設備改善項目推進經(jīng)驗；
Experience in establishing preventive maintenance systems and driving equipment
improvement projects.
10. 持有國家認證的高壓、低壓電工操作證；
